The Trump government evicted former Coast Guard Commandant Linda Fagan from her house and gave her only three hours to leave.
The first female head of a military branch, Fagan, was fired due to allegations that she placed an excessive amount of emphasis on inclusion, equity, and diversity.
According to a source, Coast Guard officials had given her a 60-day waiver to look for new accommodation.
Homeland Security officials, however, instructed acting Commandant Kevin Lunday to take her out right away on Tuesday.

According to someone with knowledge of the matter, they said that “the president wants her out of quarters.”
The official confirmed that Fagan had been ordered to leave after DHS spoke on the matter, saying, “She was terminated with cause two weeks ago today, and she was still living in those admiral quarters.”
According to the official, they were unable to verify or refute the three-hour timeline.
