It is said by one of the three pregnant women eating lunch in a cafe.
“I am certain that I will give birth to a boy.”
After giving it some thought, the other two women say something.
“All right, how do you know you’re expecting a boy?”
“Well, at the time of conception.” The first woman says.
“I was dominant.”
I will thus have a boy.
After a few more minutes of sitting and eating, the second woman speaks.
“Well, I’m expecting a girl.”
“All right.” The first one says.
How can you be certain that you will have a girl?
“Well, I was at the bottom when my child was conceived.”
I will thus have a female.
For a few more minutes, they sit and eat, and the third woman is clearly growing more and more upset, until at last she starts crying uncontrollably.
“What the devil is wrong?”
Concernedly, the first two women inquire.
The third lady is able to contain her tears long enough to speak just one word.
“I’m expecting a puppy!”
